Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email your request to support@nasswear.com, and we will send you a return label. Once the item is returned, you can choose to receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund to the original payment method, excluding delivery costs.

 

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, or are not in resalable condition. Ensure all returned items are properly packaged and sent via a trackable, insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
