This program is amazing!

Love the workout warms up and learning a little bit more everytime I watch again. And ladies!!! Umm my body has literally transformed from average to kini girlie

I'm 40 and have so much tension in my low back and glutes, not to mention I've always wanted to throw @$$. Starting this program was the best thing I've done for myself. The lessons are fun, which is so important! The hardest one so far is the first class, loosening up for a loose jiggle. I don't know that I'll ever be as quick as Nastya, and that's okay. I feel more confident in my own body, I have less stress in my hips, and am having a blast twerking for myself in the mirror.
